1. How to pay for an order?
We will add other payment methods in the future, but currently our store only accepts PayPal payments. You can tell us which payment service you prefer to use.

2. Regarding shipping costs, how can I get free shipping?
Our store is currently on promotion, you can get free delivery for any product you buy.

3. Can I Change Or Amend My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
Due to the way our orders are processed, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. We try to have a very fast processing procedure to fulfil our delivery times. We therefore ask you to take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process to ensure the correct details are entered before placing your order.

4. When Will I Receive My Order Confirmation Email?
You should receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after placing your order. Our order confirmation email may also appear in the Junk or Spam folder of your email account, so we recommend that you check there as well. If you have not received your order confirmation from us, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Can I Add An Item After I Have Placed My Order?
Due to the way our orders are processed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your order once your transaction is successful. We try to have a very fast processing procedure to meet our delivery times. If you do want to order additional items, we recommend that you place a new order online.

6. How Do I Find My Order Number?
Your order number will be located in your original confirmation email sent to you at the time you place your order.
